Orders and Shipping
All our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order except public holidays and weekends. We strive to ensure all orders usually are delivered within 2-7 days depending on location and courier service availability. Exceptions do apply. If your pin-code is under a RED zone or quarantine, we apologize in advance for the delays as delivery time depends on the courier and government lock down regulations and more.

Please note that once an order is placed, changing a shipping address causes issues. We recommend you double check your shipping address before making payment. You could do this by visit your order dashboard and add/edit your shipping address in the address section. Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of what is in the order document.
All our orders come with a courier tracking number through our shipping partners as Shiprocket, that will be shared with customers. Once you have your tracking number, you could check status of your order and its location through the tracking link shared.
The simple answer to your question is NO. We do not store credit card or debt card information. We use RazorPay, India’s leading and secured payment gateway solution in our portal. All transactions made are routed through Razorpay application and all card and payment information is not only encrypted but also masked to mitigate risks.
As a registered business in India, we are required by law to collect and remit GST to the government on all sales on our website. All products attract applicable GST rates as prescribed by the Government of India. Taxes are collected and GST reported monthly to the Government.
Teatoxlife.in currently supports shipping within India. If you are a US or Canadian customer, we recommend visiting our sister site teatoxlife.com to find US products of your liking. Since the cost of international shipping differs significantly, we request you to use our contact us form to reach out to us with your request. We will be happy to generate a quote for you.
In the interest of optimizing shipping costs, most items within the single order are shipped together. In some instances, where the volumetric shipping outweighs actual shipping weight, we may choose to ship items within an order in multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our orders are protected by our 30-day return policy. Any unopened and unused product in original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. The cost of return shipping would need to be borne by the customer unless otherwise explicitly discussed with us.
Due to the nature of products being consumables, we are unfortunately unable to support returns on opened or used packages. We appreciate your understanding.
We apologize for the inconvenience if this has happened. We usually do everything we can to ensure no errors happen in order processing. In the unfortunate event of you receiving a wrong item, please reach out to us using the contact us form and we will set the situation right for you.
We make every effort to ensure that our packaging protects the primary product. We do understand in some unfortunate instances, the outer packages arrive damaged. Outer courier packages are meant to protect its contents and it being damaged, doesn’t mean the primary product is damaged. If you do find that the product in the order itself is damaged, please use the contact form to reach out to us and we will help set this right for you.

We recommend all our customers to double check the shipping address on record. In the unfortunate event that you have an incorrect address on file, we recommend you to correct it before placing an order. In the event your order hasn’t shipped yet, we are happy to accommodate your request for an address change. Once an order is shipped or picked up by the courier, we are unable to change the address to which the goods are shipped as you can understand and appreciate.
We would usually prefer that customer’s double check all information before placing an order. In the event you wish to cancel an order or change it, please reach out to us within 1-2 hours of placing the order. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we are happy to accommodate your change request. In the event the order has shipped and goods picked up by our courier partners, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any requests as the goods would be in transit.
