How to prepare nettle leaf tea?

Make sure you allow the nettle tea leaves to seep into the boiling water for about 5-20 min as per your preference. Also, if you want a strong concoction, we recommend brewing it overnight at room temperature. The taste of the tea will depend on the amount of time you brewed it.
